Regional Strategy & Policy Development
The strategy is a necessary conceptual document in the field of regional development. A strategy is a tool for implementing regional policy and coordinating other public policies' impact on regional development.
The strategy includes a detailed analysis of regional differences in a given country (especially at the level of municipalities with extended powers), the conclusions of which are reflected in the proposals of objectives, priorities, and specific measures defined for regional development needs. The implementation part sets the system of regional development implementation at the management and coordination level and monitoring at the central/sectoral and regional level in terms of instrumental (instrumental), institutional, and resource.
The strategy is needed to link sectoral perspectives and approaches with the territorial aspects of balanced regional development and territorial cohesion. It includes the formulation of problem areas, priorities, and overall objectives to be pursued in the coming period.
