Master & Implementation Plans
With the collaboration of the municipalities, RS Proje helps to determine the growth direction and high-level goals of cities. Strategic planning is envisioning the future of a particular area. It includes housing, social services, transportation routes, infrastructural systems such as water, waste, electricity, and natural gas. In terms of these indicators, RS Proje makes assessments of the state of a particular area and carries out needs analyses to determine the next step that should be taken.

Master planning, on the other hand, is making decisions about the uses of the land. In other words which areas will be residential, which will be commercial, or which will be kept green are indicated in these plans along with the population density and transportation routes. The plans vary from 1/5000 to 1/25.000.
